  • Molded Grating Process

  • Pultrusion Process

This process is done using reinforcing fibers and a heated resin matrix. Reinforcing materials such as fabric, fiberglass and fabric are selected and then removed from the resin bath. Here a thermosetting resin is used to impregnate the material. The various resins used in this process include vinyl esters, polyesters, and phenols. With the help of this process, the plastic structure gets the desired shape and size. The fibers are drawn into a steel mold and then heated. As the resin hardens in the mold, the fibers harden.
